Frequently asked questions.

How long does the design process typically take?

At aha Creative, we understand the importance of timely delivery. The design process can vary depending on the scope of the project and the complexity of your brand's needs. Generally, you can expect the process to take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks, including initial concepts, revisions, and final delivery. We'll keep you updated throughout the process to ensure you're aware of our progress.

What do you need from me to get started on the project?

To kick things off, we need a clear understanding of your brand and goals. This includes any existing brand assets, such as logos, colour palettes, or fonts, as well as an idea of your target audience. Don't worry if you don't have all of these answers yet as we will discuss this in depth in our brand workshop

How do you approach revisions and feedback?

Your input is essential in achieving the perfect design for your brand. After presenting you with initial concepts, we'll invite your feedback. We offer up to two rounds of revisions to ensure your satisfaction. We'll work closely with you to make adjustments and fine-tune the design based on your comments.

What types of files will you provide at the end of the project?

Once we've finalised your design, we'll provide you with all the necessary file formats to use your new brand assets effectively. This includes high-resolution vector files, raster files for web and print, and any other specific formats you may need. Let us know your requirements, and we'll make sure you have everything you need.

How do you ensure the design aligns with my brand and goals?

At aha Creative, we take the time to understand your brand's unique story, mission, and goals. Our design process begins with a comprehensive workshop where we discuss your vision and objectives. We conduct thorough research and stay in close communication throughout the project to ensure the design accurately reflects your brand identity and communicates the right message. Our goal is to create a design that not only wows but also resonates with your target audience.

Will you provide colour pallets in Pantone, RGB & CMYK?

Yes, I will provide your brand colours in their Pantone, RGB, CMYK & HEX variants in your brand guidelines or brand board so you will know that your brand colours will always look their best (and the same) when printed or on screen.

Will you provide mockups of my design?

Yes I will provide 1-2 mockups at the concept stage and also at the final design stage so you can see what your new logo will look like on a t-shirt/car/billboard, depending on your business type.
